We’re driven by our design and quality; however, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this stage.

Your item must be unworn and unused and have all original Bullshake tags attached to the original packaging.

To provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience, you can return your items for store credit (Valid for 12 months) or refunds.
Please note that all Sale Items are only eligible for Store Credit and there will be no refund to be issued unless they are deemed faulty.

FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS (COD)

For return items paid for by cash on delivery, you will be contacted by a customer service representative to process the store credit for returns. For COD, we can only provide Store Credits.

Following an inspection, please allow up to 10 days for us to process your request. You can then use your store credit to purchase new items or exchange them for the desired size or colour. The items you buy with the store credit might be subject to shipping fees at the checkout, depending on your order value.

We do not offer free return shipping for orders or refunds on Customs or Duties.

All Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns or exchanges on facemasks, tights, underwear, or socks.

RETURNS CAN NOT BE MADE TO STORE

Merchandise purchased online on www.bullshakefit.com can be returned by post only. All online orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving your delivery. If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries, you will have 30 days from the day you receive your last delivery for that order.

Bullshake reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy.

Subsidised Prepaid Return Postage Cost

The cost of a Subsidised prepaid return will be deducted from your return amount as detailed.

How do I return or exchange my order?

 

To initiate a return, please visit Returns Centre and submit your exchange request. Enter your email address and order number # and follow the steps to place your return request.

Please note that we process all returns within 10 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. 

 

 

When will I receive my refund/store credit?

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item; we will endeavour to process it as soon as possible. Once the return is accepted, please allow up to 10 days for us to finalise it.

 

Does my return qualify?
