How do I find the status of my order?

We have you covered! We will email you as soon as your order has been received and then shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number for you to follow.

How can I pay for my order?

Bullshake currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.

How long will it take to get my order?

For standard shopping in Australia, you should receive your order within 4-8 business days. Express post 1-3 days.

International orders will vary depending on Covid restrictions; however, generally, within 4 weeks is the anticipated shipping time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed; for this reason, we cannot cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through the 'returns page' on our website.

How do I use my discount code?

It's easy! There is a section in your shopping cart to key in your discount code. Simply enter it in, press 'submit', and your order will be calculated with the discounted amount shown in your payment summary.

Where can I find product sizing information?

Product size information can be found on the product page, 'Sizing Guide' tab.

Can I exchange my order?

If you'd like to make an exchange, simply return the unused items to us using "Start a return or exchange page."

How do I return my order?

Returns are accepted for all items within 14 days of delivery. Please visit our 'Start a return or exchange page' to initiate the returns process.

I've received the wrong goods, what do I do?

Although we strive for perfection, we are human, and sometimes, the wrong items are shipped from our warehouse. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and our customer service team is here to help make things right. What do I do if my order is damaged?

How do I take care of my Bullshake garments?

All garments will have washing and drying instructions on tags to ensure you can keep your Bullshake items in excellent condition.
