Please ensure that when you receive an item, you take reasonable care of it when trying it on and please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact.
From when a parcel is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be finalised. Please note, we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only a store credit will be provided once your return item\/s is\/are received back at our warehouse.
You can then use this credit note to either repurchase your item\/s in the desired size or choose something completely different from our website. A store credit will not include shipping costs.
We do not offer full refunds or physical exchanges for a product unless it is deemed faulty upon inspection. In some scenarios, we may require the faulty item to be returned to us for further inspection.
Please note: When returning a parcel, we suggest using standard\/ regular post as this will be the most cost-effective option.
To be eligible for a return,
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, items with strong odours or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent other stains (such as deodorant, etc.) will not be accepted, and must have all original bullshake tags attached. And in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Our customers are responsible for the shipping cost for any returning or exchanging items.
Non-returnable items
Items that are on Sale cannot be returned. Items part of our 'Up To 60% Off Sale also cannot be returned as they are on final clearance. Please double-check the sizing as no refund will be issued in exchange for these items unless they are faulty.
Items which are outside of our 14 days return period cannot be returned. If there are any uncertainties about returning an item, please email the support team support@bullshakefit.com.
Our Returns Department inspects all returned items before any action is taken. If the returned item does not comply with our return policy, the customer will be notified, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Exchanges only apply for full-priced items and must be for the same item in a different size\/colour depending on availability. If you would like to size up, down or a different colour on sale items, we recommend placing another order and returning your original purchase.
A store credit refund will be issued first if your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock, or a different item is requested.
Refunds are only applicable to the cost of the product: original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Following an inspection, please allow up to 14 days, depending on volume, for us to process your exchange or store credit.
It can take up to 10-14 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method or bank account. You will receive an email confirmation once actioned.
Please note: We are not responsible for any returns sent back to us that are lost in the mail. We highly recommend using a tracked service to check the status of your return, Please always retain the proof of postage, tracking number and collection reference. We are not liable for any parcels lost before they reach us. We only become responsible for parcels sent back to us when they are received at or return address. until this point, your parcels are still in the care of the postal service provider.
