Standard Shipping is 3-5 working days.
Express Shipping is 1-3 working days.
New Zealand Standard Shipping is 3-5 working days.
All orders will be sent via DHL Express's Courier Service will be a fully tracked service provided by DHL Express. Tracking details will be in dispatch confirmation emails.

Unfortunately, due to the impacts of covid-19, the current network delay is affecting some outbound and return orders.
We offer free ground shipping with in selected Countries (Australia, UK, USA and GCC) on orders over $120 and orders under $120 will depend on the destination country.
For all international orders (Except in GCC), we offer a flat rate of $15.00 for Express Shipping (3-4 Business Days, depending upon your country).
If applicable, the Customer is liable for any customs or duties for international orders.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

In light of the current pandemic of the COVID-19, the normal operation of all couriers around the world has been affected, this includes our courier partners, the order shipping will may appearance 3-5 business days delay. We are welcome any email about your confusion, including but not limited to order status, shipping problems even information changes; we will try our best to respond or solve your question as soon as possible. Otherwise, if your order has not arrived within 60 business days, please contact us at support@bullshakefit.com. We will take immediate remedial actions.
In the circumstance that taxes, tariffs or handling costs are required, we are not responsible for any import or customs fees associated with your order; please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free Express shipping.
If your order incurs duties and taxes and you refuse to pay, the charges will be deducted from any refunds.
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as potentially fraudulent. If you are sure that is not the case, please confirm the billing address matches the payment method you are using, and checkout again. Alternatively, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up www.paypal.com.
When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Bullshake takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or have been requested to be left with a neighbour or outbuilding.
Any order discrepancies relating to missing and lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at support@bullshakefit.com
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 60 working days after the date of despatch - this is when DHL Express-class items as being lost.
If the order is returned to the warehouse due to the incorrect address, we will ask you to pay the shipping cost required to resend it.
If you refuse to pay the shipping cost, we will deduct it from any refunds made.
